Nutmeg was our rising star from birth. Her sire, Twincreeks RA Red Hot Pepper, brought to our herd some of the oldest and best genetics in the Nigerian Dwarf breed.
As she matured, "Meg" remained level across the top line and smoothly blended throughout. Her fabulously wide escutcheon and wide hocks easily accommodate her well-attached udder and plumb teats. Nutmeg is an excellent brood doe, a dream to milk, and gives a half gallon of milk a day in peak production. She led our herd in the "Top Ten" of the 2012 AGS Nigerian Dwarf One Day Test Awards, placing 1st for High Volume and 2nd for High Score.
